Zahra Poorsaie daughter of Hassan and Ali Saie Bashsir son of Hassan were condemned to stoning to death in branch 2 of Azerbayjan Province’s penal court, headed by mullah Amiri in 2012.
“Information obtained from Tabriz judiciary executive branch says their lawyer objected the decree.Branch 2 of the country’s Supreme Court headed by Morteza Fazel and Azizollah Razaghi locked into their objection, ruled it out and issued the decree” stated Naji Mahmoodi a human rights activist.
