Kurd political prisoner, Nameq Mahmoodi, transferred to unknown location

Elements of Karaj’s Rajaee Shahr Prison transferred Nameq Mahmoodi, 63, to an unknown location.
“Nameq took all his personal belongings with him so it is possible that he is transferred for good,” said an informed source from inside the facility.
Mr. Mahmoodi was arrested in 2012 by Iran Islamic government’s intelligence forces and was taken to Kraj’s Rajaee Shahr Prison.
Due to tortures imposed on him by security agents and prison guards he was inflicted with cataract and lost the sight of one of his eyes. (Kurdpa- 22 October 2013)
